I've been dealing with long covid and working with Dr. Sanchez for about two months now and I've had a really good experience so far! I was at a point of not being able to go outside for a month due to my symptoms.. changing the diet on my own helped some but it was when I started taking the recommended vitamins that I really noticed a shift in my energy and mood!
